Full Form of AIDS

AIDS stands for Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome.It is a fatal disease caused by Human Immunodeficiency Virus ( HIV).No remedy to this virus is invented till now.

How can AIDS spread?

A man who is affected by HIV becomes the bearer of HIV consciously or unconsciously. Without testing,he is not aware of the virus living in his body.It can be detected in between 21 to 90 days after the infection.It can usually spread through transmission of blood or sextual intercourse.It is also typically available in tears, urine and breast milk.

AIDS Symptoms

HIV is the most notorious virus that destroys antibodies of human beings.As a result, the affected people gradually lose their preventive power and they are easily attacked by all kinds of diseases.Then nothing can cure them.This condition of a patient is called AIDS.Virtually,AIDS is not itself a disease.But it is a gateway of all diseases.

According to recent research, HIV jumped from baboons to humans in early 1975.So  far many people died of this disease. At first an AIDS affected man died in 1975.The term AIDS was highlighted in 1982.Dr.Robert Gallow claimed to discover the virus of AIDS in 1984.

An HIV Positive patient may lose his body weight abruptly and may be attacked by diarrhoea frequently. It may continue for more than one week.His fever can continue more than one month.Besides,he may suffer from coughing,skin diseases with inflammation,fungal infection over the face etc.

Prevention of AIDS

To prevent this disease,you should be aware of the causes by which it may spread.Particularly,illegal sexual intercourse must be prohibited.Religious directions in this regard should be followed carefully.

However,the affected people must not be hated.They must be treated sympathetically.Finally,you must follow the instructions and cautions suggested by the researchers of HIV.
